VACANT STAGING
For Vacant Staging, the home seller has already moved out and the property is mostly or entirely empty. Did you know that when houses are empty, buyers notice the flaws instead of the flow and function of rooms? They are also less likely to make an emotional connection in an empty house. We will bring in carefully curated furnishings and decor that present your home in the best possible light and that appeal to the most buyers possible. Please keep in mind that home size and location are a factor in the quoted price. Quote provided within 24 hours of an on-site visit.
Investment starts at: $1800 for Condo/Townhome, $2500 for Single Family Home
OCCUPIED STAGING
For occupied staging, the home seller is still living at the property. Our focus is recommending the depersonalization and decluttering of each room, professionally rearranging your existing furniture pieces and décor, and suggesting paint colors and repairs. Additional decor from our inventory can be added for an additional cost, if needed. We can do as little or as much as you want. Staging quote provided within 24 hours.
Investment starts at: $500. (Begins with $250 Consultation fee, which goes toward total quote if accepted.)
CONSULTATION ONLY
A staging consultation is for those who may want to do the actual work themselves but would like to benefit from the expertise of a professional home stager. Marie will come to your property and verbally identify specific action items that will enhance the property and help you prepare it for sale. This includes recommended arrangement of furnishings, suggested areas of repair, paint colors, flooring, countertops, landscaping, and much more. Depending on the home square footage, the consultation is usually 1-3 hours. You will receive a typed, detailed report that includes a quote to have the home professionally staged.
Investment: $250 for Consultation and detailed report.
SOFT STAGING
Soft Staging is a budget friendly option for vacant properties. We will strategically enhance the space with accessories such as kitchen and bathroom decor, greenery, lighting and artwork to make the house feel less empty and more like a home. Of course, fully staged properties will show better than a soft staged property. However, having something in the home is better than having nothing! It will provide some warmth and help the buyers visualize themselves living there.
